Eureka O'Hara
In season 10 Eureka also earned a double shantay against their Team Tennessee sister Kameron Michaels in Episode 9 (Breastworld Challenge) and a double advance in the semi-finals against Aquaria, marking the first queen to ever earn two double saves in a season. As well they have performed in more Rusicals than any other queen (Kardashian: The musical (S9E5), Pharmarusical (S10E2) and Cher: the Unauthorized Rusical ( S10E8).

Top 10 Favourite Drag Race Queens: #6 Kim Chi

After watching a few episodes of Season 1 and finding it literally given me headaches from the poor camera quality I didn't watch Drag Race again until it came to Netflix so the first season I watched was Season 8. From the very first episode Kim Chi became my absolute favourite Queen of the season, she had me at "Doughnut come for me." I had never really grokked the artistic side of drag, despite liking Priscilla Queen of the Desert and having lived through the 90s and thus being at least marginally aware of the classic New York Club Kids. Watching Kim though the season I came to fully understand that it was artistic expression in as pure a form as interpretive dance or impressionistic painting. It was about taking the surreal and making it physical.Wednesday, 16 December 2020

Top 10 Favourite Drag Race Queens: #7 Jiggly Caliente
Continuing my Top 10 Queens from the first 10 seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race

(I realized I should be shouting out their SocMed, have corrected for Manilla and Blair)
Jiggly Caliente was Drag Race season 4s Plus size Barbie who despite winning the mini-challenge on the first episode struggled therafter having a record of 2 mini-challenge wins, 3 bottom, 3 safe, 1 top and 0 maxi challenge wins. But it isn't her track record that I love her for but her charisma and charm. She inspired a Ruphrase that carried on past her season "May I call you Jiggly?" and even more amusingly I still say "Where the fuck are my tits?" on the regular, any time anything goes astray from where I thought I had left it.
Sadly Jiggly has never come back for All Stars (possibly because she has since come out as Trans, and we know how Mr. Charles feels about women doing drag) But with Peppermint being rumoured for All Stars 6 we will see what the future holds. But one thing we do know is in the future for her is she recently announced she will be a coach and judge on Spotlight: the search for Philippines next drag star.
I close this with a picture from Ms. Jiggly's Instagram of her as of 2020.

In all honesty this picture was part of why I wanted to branch out from doing 100% TG/CD content in the first place.

Dickie's Threesome
Looking through my old stuff I found a duplicate upload from last year, so what does that mean? It means today we get a two parter. Sorry it is a bit late going up.

Top 10 Favourite Drag Race Queens: #8 Blair St. Clair
Continuing my Top 10 Queens from the first 10 seasons of RuPaul's Drag Race

Blair St. Clair
Blair St. Clair (@blairst.clair) • Instagram photos and videos
Blair St Claire was a vintage queen with a tendency toward sweet delicate looks that got her some critique from the judges during Season 10 for a lack of versatility on the episode where she was eliminated (the first episode where she was not placed at least safe if not high) she opened up about the reason why showing a great deal of bravery talking openly about her history of being a victim of sexual violence. In response to this trauma she channeled herself toward light and cheerful things.
When Blair returned for All Stars 5 she proved a much matured queen capable of delivering a wider variety of looks and despite not winning any main challenges progressed to the final four of the season, becoming the third queen in Drag Race Herstory to accomplish this feat (the first two being Raven and Jujube.
